How do I renew my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions to VIP English Learners run from the date of your purchase until the same date the following month.

If you pay by credit card, your subscription will be renewed and your credit card charged automatically each month until you cancel your subscription. If you have a minimum subscription period, you may cancel at any time after your initial plan requirement.

To renew your course, simply contact us and we will process your request. Please make sure you include the following details: name on card, card type, card number and expiration date.

If you paid over the phone with a Course Consultant and wish to continue with your VIP English Learners course after your initial subscription period ends, you must pay again online. To avoid an interruption in learning, VIP English Learners must receive your payment before the end of your present subscription.
